Elephant Safari at Mae Ta Mann
This programme introduces you to elephant training. The elephant camp is situated on the bank of the river and is set amidst a lush green forest with a Lisu hill tribe village located on a nearby mountain top.
1. 08:30 a.m. Departure from 137 Pillars House.
2. 10:00a.m. Arrive at the Elephant Camp where you can buy bananas or sugar cane to feed the elephants before the show begins. After the show, you will go on an elephant ride through the jungle to a nearby hill tribe village where handicrafts are on sale. You will also experience bamboo rafting and ox-carting.
3. 01:00p.m. Lunch at the Mae Ta Mann restaurant.
4. 02.30p.m. Return to 137 Pillars House.
