Sales & Marketing

Our highly qualified team of professionals undertake a broad range of sales and marketing activities aimed at driving revenues for your hotel in the most cost-effective manner. These activities include global sales representation, key account management, worldwide reservations, global distribution platform with our own GDS code, loyalty programmes, as well as web and mobile booking engines.


Besides the Sales & Marketing Agreement, which forms the foundation of the SilverNeedle® Collection agreements, you can combine other operating agreements – Hotel Management Agreement or an Operational Consultancy Agreement, according to your needs at any given time, with the flexibility to review the agreements as your business evolves.
